Open Package Checking
For online orders, VELZA provides an Open Package Checking Facility during delivery.
Customers may inspect the product at the time of delivery to verify:
- Product condition
- Correct size or design
- Visible damage or defects
If the item does not match your order or arrives damaged, you may immediately request a return or replacement.
This service helps ensure a secure and transparent shopping experience for every customer.
Return Policy
We accept returns for online purchases under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made immediately during delivery or within the allowed return period.
- Products must remain:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
- All original tags, invoices, and accessories must be included.
VELZA reserves the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
Exchange:
VELZA offers an easy exchange facility within 3 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Original invoice, tags, and packaging must be available.
- Exchange requests depend on product stock availability.
Customers may exchange products for:
- Same product in a different size
- Different product of equal value
- Higher-value products by paying the additional amount
If the selected exchange item costs less than the original purchase, the remaining amount may be adjusted through store credit or another product.
